Privacy

Last updated 23 September 2026.

MinuteFame is operated by Workivio Ltd (“we”, “us”), a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17225310. Registered office: 4th Floor 45 Fitzroy Street, London, United Kingdom, W1T 6EB. Workivio Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through minutefame.com. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under reference ZC254286.

This notice covers the public billboard, booking flow, Wall of Fame, accounts, and related pages. It is intended to meet UK GDPR transparency expectations in plain language. It is not legal advice.

What we collect

Depending on how you use MinuteFame, we may process:

  • Booking content you submit (text, image, or video) and scheduling metadata (the minute you booked).
  • Contact email if you provide one for a receipt or account.
  • Account data if you sign in (email and authentication details). Account authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.
  • Payment data: card payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Workivio Ltd. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe’s privacy notice also applies to data it processes as payment provider.
  • Technical logs needed to run and secure the service (for example IP address, device/browser data, security logs).
  • Report / safety records if you report a minute or if content is flagged (what was reported, when, and the action taken).

We do not sell personal data.

Why we use it

  • To provide the minute you booked and show it on the billboard.
  • To take payment and issue refunds where due.
  • To operate accounts you create.
  • To enforce the Rules, remove illegal or policy-breaking content, and meet Online Safety Act and other legal duties — including retaining evidence where required.
  • To secure the service and prevent abuse.
  • To respond to privacy or support requests at support@minutefame.com.

Legal bases typically include contract (providing the booking), legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, limited product analytics), and legal obligation (illegal-content duties).

Wall of Fame

A minute is archived on the Wall of Fame only if you opt in at booking (default off). Opting in means that content can remain public after the minute ends until it is removed under the Rules or you ask for removal.

How long we keep it

  • Live billboard content: for the booked minute.
  • Wall of Fame content: until removed or you successfully request removal.
  • Payment records: as required for accounting, disputes, and Stripe’s requirements.
  • Safety / illegal-content records: as long as needed for legal and enforcement purposes.

Who we share with

  • Stripe, which processes payments on behalf of Workivio Ltd.
  • Supabase Auth, which handles account sign-in.
  • Authorities where the law requires or where we judge it necessary for illegal content (including CSAM), consistent with the Rules and Terms.

We do not sell data to advertisers.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, and to object to some processing. You may also complain to the ICO.

Email support@minutefame.com for privacy requests and questions about this notice.
